Our Refund Policy

At The Wild Hare, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing outstanding hair services, and if for any reason you’re not fully happy with your experience, we’re here to help.

 

We believe in giving our talented stylists the opportunity to address any concerns you may have with your hair service. Our goal is to ensure you leave our salon feeling confident and happy with your new look.

 

  1. Get in Touch: If you’re unhappy with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. You can reach us by phone or email us. When you contact us, please include the appointment date, a description of the issue, and any photos for reference.
  2. Consultation: Once we receive your feedback, we’ll review it with your stylist and discuss the best solution. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a consultation, either by email or in person, to make sure we’re all on the same page.
  3. Hair Adjustment: Based on the consultation, your stylist will work with you to adjust your hair to your satisfaction. This may involve a follow-up appointment at no additional charge to make the necessary changes.
  4. Follow-up: After the adjustment, we’ll check in with you to ensure that your concerns have been addressed and that you’re happy with the result.
