We kindly ask our colour clients booking their appointments via our partner, Fresha, to add their preferred finish, whether that’s a haircut, blow-dry, or express dry, after selecting their colour service. If a finish isn't booked, the processing time required for the colour isn’t factored in by our booking system, which can lead to scheduling issues.
